About this role

You will be behind a desk most of the time in an administrative position dealing with daily invoices, data analysis, and capturing relevant data. Only small portion of your time will be in the field going to meetings or site locations.

You will need to be a talented individual in communicating and multi-tasking with little supervision. You will be handling the creation of work orders, notifications, and any backlog that occurs. You will need to prioritize the most important information, notifications, and work orders as they come in so that they will be completed in the most expedient way possible.
Your goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.


  • Creation of work order execution, notifications, and work orders
  • Consistency and Quality of notification data captured and work order closeout data captured
  • Collects and records lifecycle data of work executed to measure productivity
  • Capture materials used for each work order executed

You will use:

SAP (systems, applications and products) & EBS (electronic bank statements) to

  • Create maintenance notifications and work orders
  • Enter corrective actions into notifications and work orders
  • Charge contractor labor hours and materials to work orders
  • Close out work orders

Business Rules and Maps to

  • Prioritize open work orders
  • Create daily schedule for contracted crews
  • Communicate with contracted crews throughout the day to verify job completion, materials used and next assignment

About you


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in Dispatch
  • Previous experience in office, oilfield, industrial, or related fields

Your Skills:

  • Ability to prioritize incoming work requests
  • Working knowledge of CMMS, Microsoft Office, and SAP
  • Solid knowledge of LEAN principles and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-discipline team environment
