About this role

As the Customer Service Representative you will be “to go person” between customers and the business. You will provide excellent service that builds solid relationships and leads customers to give positive feedback.

With training, you will become an expert in the company products, and familiar with applications and services offerings. You’ll answer queries with accuracy and detail, and identify solutions to issues confidently. As the Customer Service Representative your focus is on strengthening customer relationships. You will be understanding customer needs, presenting solutions and gathering market intelligence.

This role requires fluency in both Korean and English to manage queries and get answers. You’ll be providing solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and working closely with related teams (account managers, planners, logistics, finance). Many of your contacts and even customers will be communicating in Korean, so fluency is required.

You’ll be handling order entries for customers in Americas and possibly from Asia. You’ll need to be able negotiate with internal contacts to satisfy customer needs while meeting commercial goals.


  • Managing customer orders through work processes and systems, keeping all actions up to date, communicating extraordinary requests for material promptly
  • Recording and managing sales returns and sales adjustments (credit/debit note request)
  • Creating new customer master data and maintaining updated existing accounts (sold to codes, ship to codes, partner codes, routes)
  • Processing sample orders and credit line requests for approval and set up
  • Communicating export operations and maintaining documentation for both maritime and air process, together with Agent and Freight Forwarders

You’ll be working in a supportive team, helping your coworkers learn, and learning from them yourself.

About you


  • Fluency in Korean and English (also Spanish is desirable)
  • Bachelor of Science (BS Degree)
  • Preferred 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service roles
  • Experience in root cause investigation to mitigate future customer problems

  • Ability to work independently in an integrated team
  • Able to communicate with diverse groups from different cultures
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers
