About this role

  • Preparing Project reporting to include Project dashboard and Communications summary;
  • Managing and tracking project personnel Full Time Equivalent charges;
  • Managing the Project Calendar in conjunction with Project Assistant;
  • Managing the Project Stakeholder Management plan, registering and interfacing with External Affairs as necessary;
  • Developing and implementing Communication Management Plan;
  • Managing Contractors periodical reporting process and analysing performance;
  • Managing any media publications of Project information with External Affairs;
  • Planning awards program with PCM and Phase 2a General Manager;
  • In conjunction with Project Assistant, managing project ceremonies and townhall meetings;
  • Contributing to cost trend activities with cost controller for final cost forecast;
  • Contributing to Close-out of project (including close out reporting);
  • Contributing to various project controls activities during project execute stage such as cost control, planning and Document Control.
  • About you

    • Tertiary qualification in Business (or similar) is preferred along with a demonstrated experience in a Technical Support role;
    • Excellent communication/negotiation skills with the ability to work with different disciplines and cultures;
    • Understanding of Project Management;
    • Maintain positive vendor relationships;
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
