About this role


  • Provide office support to project teams and office staff, ensuring office and kitchen inventories are up-to-date and order necessary supplies as needed
  • Maintain the reception coffee space regularly
  • Ensure cleanliness of the dining area and the kitchen, including maintenance of dishes and kitchen supplies
  • Help with preparation for board meetings and internal/external events, as well as initiating clean-up after events
  • Complies with, and understands, company operations, policies, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

About you


  • Prior volunteer/community outreach experience
  • Prior experience supporting office staff / maintenance is an asset
  • Passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, and must possess a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a demanding environment
  • Must demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as effectively within a team
