About this role

  • Advance the company employment brand and candidate marketing strategies across multiple markets;
  • Partner with and guide; Hiring Managers, Candidates, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Team;
  • Responsible for all operational processes, systems, compliance and vendor management relating to Talent Acquisition;
  • SME, delivering strategic sourcing, full life-cycle recruitment, and selection process while mentoring team.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or technical field;
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of Recruitment experience;
  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection techniques;
  • Experience within a recruitment agency or senior experience within a complex internal recruitment function;
  • Proven experience with Corporate and Executive level recruitment;
  • Sound functional recruitment expertise across a broad range of role types;
  • Strong knowledge and capability in working with applicant tracking software;
  • Demonstrated competence at developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Proven ability at meeting deadlines and challenging the status quo;
  • Highly numerate skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data and trends;
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player.

You will be part of a dynamic team who drives the employment brand across multiple markets and guides hiring managers, candidates and the talent acquisition team and is responsible for all operational processes, systems, compliance and vendor management related to full lifecycle recruiting.
