Brunel is seeking an experienced Recruitment professional with experience in developing and resourcing relevant White Collar / Professional mining and resources industry candidates. This is a new position, it is a delivery focussed role supporting Brunel's current and growing client base across Australia, while there are no direct business development requirements, client contact will form part of the position. This is a full time, permanent role based in our Perth CBD office.

About you

The following skills and experiences are required:

In-depth understanding and skill for White Collar / Professional recruitment delivery and management of client / contractor / candidate expectations within the energy and resources industries;
Demonstrated track record in building strong internal & external relationships and the ability to develop confidence and credibility with all stakeholders;
Strong communication skills;
Strong organisational and time management skills;
Strong systems skills and knowledge;
Proficiency in social media and recruitment / jobs portal mediums;
Proven mining and resources industries knowledge;
Proven capability in managing a high volume of multiple tasks and requirements;
High and demonstrable work ethic with an engaging and collaborative attitude.
