About this role

  • High School Graduate. College or University Business related degree an asset.

Experience:

  • A combination of education and/or two years of related work experience in a mid to large sized organization.

Technical:

  • SAP capability, Lotus Notes, computer literacy in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Comply with all government regulation (including NRCan, TDG, OH&S, and WHMIS) and company policies (including ISO and MSA standards).
  • Comply with all government tax regulations and laws in accordance with invoicing policies.
  • Effective communication skills

About you

  • Reports to the CSR Team Lead;
  • Professionally assist customers with their order requirements;
  • Communicate with operational sites to coordinate deliveries;
  • Ensure customer deliveries include all contractual changes and are invoiced in a timely manner, in order to maximize cash flow and relieve inventory in SAP;
  • Professionally analyze and answer customer inquiries and to provide assistance extracting related reports where required;
  • Have a basic understanding of other areas of the business and the impact each area has on one another;
  • Understand and maintain customer profiles to reflect customer(s) contract;
  • Product Knowledge directly related to customer needs;
  • Maximize cash flow through timely billing of accounts receivable;
  • Resolve internal and external customer inquiries;
  • Instantly / Customer Service Support Liaison.

Days Sales Outstanding:

  • Assist operations in managing orders to ensure target days to invoice is reached;
  • Weekly reporting of open orders; working with internal customers for punctual billing. (Credit, Pricing Administrator, Sales, Customer Master Data);
  • Daily reporting of account documents not generated.

Invoice Accuracy:

  • Ensuring customer profile binders are maintained with current quotes, PO’s, Accounts, Sales Orgs and procedures;
  • Be knowledgeable of customer quotes and contracts; ensuring accurate billing;
  • Document details of corrections and additional charges to simplify AR responsibilities;
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player.
