About this role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Chronic Care Sales Representative to join their reputable company in the Greater Montreal area. Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Work closely with Distributors and Durable Medical Equipment (DME )representatives, field bases clinical support and clinical support personnel to promote Chronic Care products within the territory;
  • Work independently with account decision makers and achieve evaluations and sales of Chronic Care products beyond co-marketing objective;
  • Work with varying clinical specialties to qualify potential clinical and case studies;
  • In conjuction with Marketing, develop relationships and manage Key Opinion Leaders, in the following fields, WOCN(Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse) & ET (Enterostomal Therapists);
  • Participate with Marketing in the development of field based support material (evaluation, advertising, sales, IFU posters etc.);
  • Manage account strategies to include committee presentations, product evaluations and executive suite proposals;
  • Coordinate Chronic Care product evaluations within the territory;
  • Train and support Distributor and DME representatives on Chronic Care products and strategies;
  • Train and support clinicians on Chronic Care products;
  • Drive win/win relationships and maintain customer satisfaction. Prospect and qualify territory for new leads;
  • Perform Market Research / clinical assessments and various administrative tasks as required.

About you

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Proficient math aptitude and computer skills (MS Office applications);
  • Ability to initiate projects and tasks with little or no direction and make decisions independently, sometimes without many facts available in order to solve a customer problem or concern, and handle high-pressure sales situations with confidence;
  • Extensive knowledge of B. Braun’s products and services;
  • Strong understanding of hospital, clinic, LTC and home care structure and role of personnel;
  • Must be Bilingual English and French.
