About this role

Job Purpose

• To ensure that the Facilities are being maintained / operated efficiently for the continuous satisfaction of the Company's clients;

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Plan, manage and coordinates all activities concerning the Facilities management operation including inter-alia mechanical, electrical, civil, horticulture, and marine as performed in their physical areas;
  • Prepares plans & schedules for new works and coordinates with Engineering & Construction Departments for implementation;
  • Produce annual and quarterly operational plans to deliver all maintenance on schedule and as effectively as possible;
  • Ensures the efficient use of resources such as budgets, manpower, equipment, etc;
  • Adhere to company established operational policies and procedures;
  • Implement existing Company operational and administrative procedures and proposes necessary improvements for the efficient execution of the work;
  • Monitor Safety, Oversee and has ultimate responsibility for safety;
  • Produce appropriate reports, data and management information systems, plans and controls his operations and updates his superiors
  • Prepare the project's annual budget;
  • Liaise with the FM/OM director & COO for any new technical proposals for the project;
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by his line manager (CCO/CEO).

About you

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering;

Knowledge and/or Experience

  • 15 years practical experience, and a broad technical understanding of all other engineering fields;
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Advanced knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures;
  • Excellent analytical/critical thinking skills;
  • Advanced project management skills;
  • Excellent Budgeting and accounting practices;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent Organizational skills;
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills.

What we offer

Contract Duration: Contract Hire with possible extension;

Tentative Start Date: ASAP;

Work Location: KSA;
