We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Leader who is up for the challenge of taking the brand to the next level and support the radical growth of the business.

Redefining and elevating the brand is a crucial part of success and this is a key role in making that happen

  • Own, define, and evolve the corporate and digital product brand strategies
  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of brand marketing campaigns
  • Develop and evolve brand positioning, ensuring it remains fresh and relevant in the Agtech space
  • Use data and insights to inform brand strategies
  • Identify and define key customer segments; create messaging strategies for those segments
  • Establish performance metrics to ensure brand marketing goals are achieving desired outcomes
  • Measure brand performance and sentiment, pivot and adjust the approach to continuously improve brand equity in the market
  • Help develop the content marketing strategy to support brand building efforts
  • Manage and track brand marketing budgets and spend
  • Align with all performance marketing, product, design and operation to ensure consistent brand messaging and communications across all customer touchpoints
  • Oversee all PR efforts to elevate reputation with the North American market
  • Develop PR strategies and execute those strategies in relevant channels
  • Build, manage and own the relationships with external agencies (ad agencies, PR agencies)
  • Act as primary point of contact for external brand marketing partnerships

What you need to bring:

  • 10+ years in a Marketing leadership role with a focus on brand marketing
  • Mastery in brand strategy and brand management
  • Experience with social content marketing
  • Experience building new brands, challenger brands, or working in Agtech a plus
  • Proven track record of building successful brands from zero to one
  • Experience with public relations
  • Proficiency in managing relationships with external partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to educate and influence stakeholders across the organization, including executives
  • Ability to establish process and structure
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to collaborate
