About this role:

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator for our client in oil and gas industry to join their leading and growing team! This is a 6-month contract opportunity where you will be responsible for the management of our clients App, including scheduling marketing offers, coordinating customer responses, issue management, reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring for potentially fraudulent activity, developing rules and mitigation to reduce fraud while minimizing impact on legitimate behaviour, ensuring proper governance and reporting
  • Coordinating responses for customer inquiries and issues and escalating as required. Capturing trends and customer experience for future enhancements, bug fixes and features.
  • Issue management, working closely with key partners and vendors as required
  • Manage mobile app offers – setup, scheduling, targeting and personalization
  • Ensure documentation and customer-facing FAQs stay up to date, collaborating with Customer Service, Training and Communications teams as required

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 3-5 years' experience product management, mobile applications, digital marketing
  • 3-5 years’ experience with content management systems
  • Excellent ability to understand and use analytics to drive business needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superior attention to detail
  • Creative approach to problem-solving, strong planning skills
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent understanding of current and emerging trends in digital, mobile, fraud mitigation and cyber security
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams with a demonstrated ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Passion to see projects through from inception to completion and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Business degree with a specialization in Marketing. Further specialization in digital marketing, mobile applications is an asset
  • Degree, diploma or certificate in Enterprise Security and/or Cyber Security
  • MBA
  • 3-5 years' digital media experience in business to consumer and business to business
  • 3-5 years' experience in fraud detection and mitigation
  • 3-5 years' experience with campaign automation tools such as Acoustic, Watson Campaign Automation
  • Ability to do graphic design and photoshop work
  • Writing and translating French
