About this role

You’ll be responsible for all things ATM related.

Day-to-day you will be directly involved in facilitating the implementation of ATM Systems and providing on-going support to the user by monitoring and maintaining the systems.

You will take accountability of major incident investigations and diagnosis from the IT side for the services of ATM Network, Cheque Book Printing machines and Card Issuance printing services.

Any incidents that do occur, you will be the person to escalate the issue to the FLM/SLM where necessary in order to ensure timely closure and optimise customer satisfaction.

Reports about the utilisation and performance of the ATM Network need to be prepared for review by the Head of Department, and you will be in charge of this.

You will also be responsible for planning and scheduling the installation, de-installation and relocation of the ATM Machines, for both current models and any new, upgraded models.

This is a big task and you won’t be alone.

You’ll be part of a Service and Operations team who will work closely to ensure maximum performance and uptime of the machines and systems.

About you

This won’t be new to you. You will have over 7 years overall experience in IT and ideally hold an ITIL Foundation Certificate.

During this time, you’ll have gained hands on experience providing L1/L2 hardware and software support to ATM Services, Card Systems and POS Terminals.

Degree wise, there is flexibility. However, work like this requires excellent computer literacy and so you’ll likely hold a Bachelor’s or above in Computer Science or equivalent.
