  • As Analytical Expert, you are responsible for planning, validation, performance, and evaluation of differentpotency assays (e.g. cell-based, ELISA, SPR) within Potency Assay Skill Center.
  • You are supporting the establishment and implementation of automation of potency assays within PotencyAssay Skill Center.
  • You support method development, transfers to/from internal or external laboratories and validations byproviding scientific and conceptual input.
  • You ensure the GMP-status of the technical equipment, lab environment as well as QC-ability of developedmethods.
  • You are working very independently in your project and are able to present the results in a scientific way to the leadershipteam.
  • You are working in interdisciplinary projects with the aim to further improve quality, efficiency and compliance within potency assay skill center.

What you need to bring:

  • Master degree in chemistry, biochemistry or a related relevant discipline with first relevant industrialexperience
  • Experience in analytical development, especially with potency assays, and quality control ofbiopharmaceuticals
  • Experience with liquid handling systems and GMP is a strong plus
  • Intrinsically motivated as well as willing and able to work in a scientific environment
  • Innovative Mindset and affinity to computerized systems
  • Organizational talent, the ability to respond to changing priorities as well as short lead times for multiple tasks
  • Very good communication skills as well as sound technical writing and documentation competencies inEnglish
