Seagreen Offshore Wind Farm (OWF) Project Overview

The Seagreen OWF Project is being developed in two phases in the Firth of Forth Development Zone of the North Sea in Scotland, situated approximately 27km from the Angus coastline. It will become the biggest wind farm in Scotland with a combined installed capacity of 1.075GW, enabling it to power approximately one million Scottish households and offset two million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions a year. Seagreen OWF Phase 1 will have 114 wind turbine generators with a maximum height of 280m and a maximum rotor diameter of 220m. 

Work Scope

Engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) of the foundations and inter-array cables for the Seagreen 1 Offshore Wind Farm.

The total site team of to cover the fabrication scope will consist  of 35-40 consultants across the 4 fabrication sites:

  • Site Management
  • Construction supervision
  • QA/QC Leads
  • HSE supervision
  • Yard inspection (multi discipline)
  • Vendor inspection services
