About this role: Senior Permit Officer

Brunel is seeking the services of an experienced Senior Permit Officer to join our client who is one of Australia’s leading Iron ore producers with a strong set of company values and ideals.This is a 12 Month contract on a 2:1 roster, Perth only and the opportunity to be a part of the team to close out one of the largest construction projects in the WA Mining Industry.

Looking for someone with Permit Officer experience, able to demonstrate Commissioning Permit experience. You will also need to have an electrical background and previous experience in HV switching.

The candidate will have a great understanding of the interface between construction and commissioning. Whilst performing in the Senior Permit officer role, you will be hands on and will actively participate in developing and hanging permits as required, have a clear understanding of the boundary isolations as well as HV/LV and mechanical/processing isolations.

What you need to bring:

• Attention to detail• Excellent communication skills• Electrical background/ Grade A electrical license• Experience HV switching
• Sound knowledge of boundary isolations• Processing isolations• Willing to be hands on
