What you Will be Doing:

• Create customer records and document numbers as required and prepare documents for transmittal to client according to project specific procedures;
• Control all technical documentation related to department and project activities within contractual requirements and Company procedures (including confidentiality);
• Assist with development, maintenance and improvement of departmental / projects document control work processes;
• Handle and register all outgoing and incoming transmittals according to project document control procedures;
• Support projects in meeting contractual requirements related to document handling per our clients procedures;
• Assist project with planning and follow up on information management activities and documentation status.

What you Will Need:

• Earlier experience from Doc control is required;
• Familiar with Pro Arc.

This contract offers up to 555.000/yearly depending on qualifications and background.
