What are you going to do

  • Lead and enhance the company's QHSE Management System
  • Promote a strong, proactive safety culture across all work fronts
  • Conduct and oversee ISO-aligned audits
  • Lead incident investigation, learning capture and corrective action close-out
  • Conduct operational and equipment risk assessments (including offshore execution risks)
  • Support emergency response planning and readiness activities
  • Provide QHSE leadership into project planning and contractor coordination
  • Conduct worksite inspections and operational readiness verifications
  • Act as the QHSE interface between the well services company and the global operator

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Demonstrated QHSE leadership experience in offshore oil & gas environments
  • Background in well services, completions, drilling, or installation campaigns is highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and management system compliance frameworks
  • Confident engaging and influencing at both frontline and senior leadership levels
  • Strong communication, coaching and relationship-building capability
  • Self-driven, proactive and committed to continuous improvement
