About this role

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects across their 3 divisions around the Newcastle and Hunter regions. This gives the Project Manager the ability to manage a variety of projects to keep them up-skilled and gives the opportunity to change their environment across different projects.

Your day to day duties would include:

  • Gain a clear understanding of each project, from the "go-live" phase to reviewing component selection, ensuring compliance with design requirements.
  • Ensure all project functions are executed within budget, adhering to project schedule and established processes.
  • Monitor procurement and aligning processes to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and site teams.

What you need to bring:

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in a civil engineering capacity across civil or rail preferred. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of NSW specifications, policies, and procedures. You should thrive in fast-paced environments and be capable of working independently across multiple projects simultaneously.

A salary of $145,000 - $170,000 + Super + Car is on offer depending on experience level.
