About this role: Project Advisor - Operational Readiness - Perth Based

On behalf of our client, Brunel are looking for a talented and experienced Project Advisor - Operational Readiness to join the team at a world-class organization. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering effective maintenance system readiness for Assets on Project handover.

You will work within the project framework to ensure that the Operational Readiness requirements are addressed, and to ensure that maintenance system readiness is deployed for assets within the company's Pilbara operations. You will also work closely with the MP&E Master Data team to ensure that they have the required data, asset information, and drawings to develop the master data in SAP in support of asset management strategies and tactics development.Your primary location will be at Central Park in Perth Western Australia, with regular travel to the Pilbara Mine sites as and when required. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your Operational Readiness knowledge and understanding of Asset Maintenance Readiness requirements on project handover, and to be a part of a team responsible for delivering projects from Initiation through to implementation and closure of the project.

What you need to bring:

The successful candidate will have a relevant Engineering Qualification or associated technical background in the mining industry, project management knowledge and experience, and 5+ years Maintenance and/or Operations Experience.

Working knowledge of mining and port operations will be advantageous but not essential, as we are open to experience from other heavy industries such as oil/gas, aviation, and manufacturing.

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and working knowledge of SAP, MSDT, and MS Project would also be advantageous.
