About this role: Program Director - Australia
This position is based in the company's Perth office in Western Australia, with locals and expats encouraged to apply for this role.
What you need to bring:
Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver large, multi-GW scale project portfolios in a safe, profitable, and timely manner
Promote and implement a safe and environmentally responsible work culture throughout the business and all project teams, ensuring HSSE risks are mitigated
Lead all aspects of project strategy, development, engineering, procurement, construction, execution, and operations plans for in-country onshore renewables teams
Lead the management, control and reporting on the progress of project development and construction activities including, budget, risk, and schedule
Interface with leadership team and other key stakeholders as a figurehead for all project
Minimum degree level education in a relevant discipline; master's degree preferred
15+ years' professional experience in the development and construction of large, complex energy and infrastructure projects
Minimum 10 years' experience in leading the delivery of utility-scale solar and/or onshore wind projects
Strong project management expertise and knowledge of best practices and standards throughout the industry
Strong experience in negotiating major contracts with third party suppliersA passion for delivery excellence and a willingness to contribute to wider efforts and initiatives outside of direct responsibilities
