About this role: Offshore HSE Advisor
Are you Looking for your next career opportunity? Do you have 3 + years experience as a HSSE Officer/Engineer/Supervisor on board Installation Vessels or FPSOs? Are you Nebosh qualified or equivalent?;
If yes, This could be the role for you! Our client, a High-Profile Global Organization within the Energy Sector, has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Offshore HSSE Advisor to work within one of their Project Teams;
Start date: ASAP;
Duration: 12 Months;
Location: Monaco.
Responsibilities Will Include but are not Limited to:
• Ensure site new comers are receiving Site HSSE Induction;• Organise and follow up Site HSE Meeting;• Organise, report, and follow up Site HSSE Inspections (i.e. HSE Walkthrough, Hygiene Inspections, etc.);• Organise and report site emergency drills and exercise;• Prepare Job Safety Analysis with relevant task supervisor and ensure JSA discussion with work teams;• Organise and Deliver HSE Training to Site crew;• Ensure proper Site HSSE Reporting & Performances analysis (Man hours, HSE KPIs, HSE performances vs targets);• Ensure implementation of Hazard Observation system on site (Hazard Observations recording, follow up, analysis) and associated Incentive scheme;
• Ensure correct implementation of Site Permit to Work System;• Ensure implementation of Incident Management System (notification / reporting / investigation).
What you need to bring:
You are Right for This Role if:
- Nebosh or equivalent;
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as Site HSSE Officer / Eng / Supervisor on board Installation Vessels or FPSOs;
- Flexible in terms of offshore mission availability.
