About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Farm Manager and 2IC to ensure smooth operation of this large rearing farm in West Wyalong, NSW
  • Managing and operating farm resources and machinery
  • Monitoring animal welfare and ensuring high production quality
  • Actively promoting a safe and productive company culture

What you need to bring:

What do you need to have?
  • Robust understanding of OH&S requirements and biosecurity practices
  • Previous poultry experience highly regarded
  • Flexible to work hours which may vary to meet operational demands
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude
