Als Jurist Arbeidsrecht en Sociaal Zekerheidsrecht zet jij je juridische expertise in bij verschillende opdrachtgevers binnen het bedrijfsleven, rechtsbijstand of bij verzekeraars. Jij bent dé specialist op het gebied van arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en weet je advies altijd af te stemmen op de strategische en operationele belangen van de organisatie. Je bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en weet complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.

What are you going to do

Als Jurist Arbeidsrecht en Sociaal Zekerheidsrecht ben jij de expert die onze opdrachtgevers de benodigde adviezen geeft. Je werkt bijvoorbeeld aan zaken rondom ontslagrecht, reorganisaties, arbeidsvoorwaarden, medezeggenschap en cao-vraagstukken, uitkeringen en bezwaarprocedures tegen het UWV. Je adviseert particulieren bij vragen rondom hun werk en inkomen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Wij vinden het belangrijk dat jij als Jurist Arbeidsrecht en Sociaal Zekerheidsrecht beschikt over het volgende:

Een afgeronde wo-opleiding Rechten, met specialisatie in Arbeidsrecht.
Minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring in een arbeidsrechtelijke of sociaalzekerheidsrechtelijke omgeving.
Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding.
