HR ERP Implementation Lead

Our client, a High-Profile Global Organisation within the Energy Sector, has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled HR ERP Implementation Lead to work within one of their Project Teams.

Start date: ASAP.

Contract length:12 months.

Contract type: Onshore.

What You Will be Doing:

• Coordinate all HR activities related to the ERP project implementation;
• Participate in the design of the HR data governance model (basic and employee data);
• Lead the relationship with IT team to manage Data Interfaces between SuccessFactors and IFS;
• Perform tests (SAT and SIT) in both the ERP and in SuccessFactors;
• Work closely with HR Process owners to deliver Business expectations;
• Actively participate in access rights and roles definition;
• Ensure change management is properly addressed to HR;
• Review and maintain HR data interfaced with IFS;
• Ensure that access right management in IFS matches with HR Data confidentiality requirements.

This job is for you if:

• Strong functional expertise of the SuccessFactors system, especially in Employee Central;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for an HRIS implementation;
• Project management of IT data interface;
• Superior communications skills in English, both verbal and written;
• Experience in ERP implementation is a plus.
