What are you going to do

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

Accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Reconciling supplier, subcontractor, and employee timesheet data.
Process expense claims, credit card transactions, and weekly payroll.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Support month-end processes, including reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare basic financial reports, debtor reviews, and ad hoc finance tasks.
Provide support to the Finance Manager and the wider finance team.

Essential skills and knowledge

3+ years experience working in the construction sector in a finance position or similar
Proficient in Xero
Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial processes.
Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
