Due to significant growth and a focus on enhancing serviceability, they are looking to expand their team with multiple Service Technicians across the country. This is an exceptional opportunity for skilled Motor Mechanics or Mechanical Fitters seeking a career transition into this dynamic and rapidly growing sector.

About this role

  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of power generation equipment, including generators, engines, and related systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with skilled teams in executing preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
  • Maintain precise records of services, parts used, and repairs conducted.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and industry regulations in varied working environments.
  • Foster a positive team environment and share knowledge with colleagues.

What you need to bring:

  • Hold a trade qualification in Motor Mechanics, Mechanical Fitting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn about power generation technology.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proactive, committed to quality, and have effective communication skills.
  • Willing to travel and work away from home, with allowances provided.
