About this role: Draughtsperson
Our client, a High-Profile Global Organization within the Energy Sector, has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Draughts person to work within one of their Project Teams;Start date: ASAP;
Contract type: 12 Months;
Location: Aberdeen.
What you Will be Doing:
• Identify any key draughting issues or problems within the Drawing Office and inform the Drawing Office Manager;• Draughting interface and support for UKBU, TMOS, OED or any other client;• Review and checking of technical drawings to ensure they comply to office procedures;• Perform other related duties and assignments as requested by the Drawing Office Manager.What you need to bring:
This Role is for you if:
• Relevant draughting experience;• Rigid pipeline installation – stalks, pipelay procedures, associated fabrication and pipelay vessels;• General Fabrication – welding, bolted connections, machining/tolerances, materials and practical fabrication knowledge;• Umbilical and Flexible installation – packing, associated fabrication, installation procedures and routing;• Field layouts and approaches;• Spool fabrication and metrology;• Diver access and diving umbilical excursion lengths.
