About this role: CRM Coordinator
Our client, a major pharmaceutical company, is searching for a CRM Coordinator to support new project launches. The successful candidate will have previous experience using Salesforce or other customer-management database, have superior communication skills, and have previous experience in a customer service role. The CRM Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of the different databases associated with multiple departments, and the first level support of different applications or tools.
This role is primarily remote, with requirements to go into the office on an as needed basis
§ This role will be responsible for providing all the necessary project specific and administrative support to the CRM Product Owner
§ Assist in daily operations and ongoing CRM projects as required
§ Work across multiple projects that are part of the department initiatives
§ First level support for the different business applications
§ CRM interfaces management
§ The role will require strong communication and organizational skills and will involve liaising at different levels with internal customers
§ Assist Product Owner and help enable them to effectively deliver the projects on time and respond to internal requests.
What you need to bring:
§ Previous experience with customer-management databases
§ Superior communication skills, verbal and written
§ Excellent planning and organizational skills
§ Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
§ Strong Computer skills
§ Salesforce knowledge is a strong asset
§ Intermediate French/English bilingual, both written and oral
§ Customer service experience
