Introduction

Our client, a Tier 3 Builder, are looking to bring on a new Contract Administrator due to an increase in projects across Brisbane. They are a young company with a strong foothold in the new build, fitout and refurbishment industry.

They have an exciting new programme of works commencing in the coming weeks that will see them working with some of the worlds largest retailers.

About this role

  • Review and manage project contracts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Work with suppliers and subcontractors to secure materials and services.
  • Monitor project expenses to keep within budget limits.
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules and identifying potential delays.
  • Keep project records up-to-date, including contracts and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelors in Construction Management or equivalent (alternatively relevant site based experience).
  • 2+ years worth of experience within the Commercial Construction Industry.
  • Experience on Fit Out, Refurbishment or New Build Projects $1m+
