The primary purpose of this position is to conduct site inspections to verify compliance with the conditions as stipulated in the Land Lease Agreement.
What are you going to do
Establish the monthly plan for carrying out site inspections and obtain approval of Land and Property Administrator.
Carry out daily inspections as per established plan and any other ad hoc inspections as directed to verify compliance with conditions as stipulated in the Land Lease Agreement.
Observe and record site and work conditions including gathering data, information, photographs, and videos to support non compliances.
Maintain records of all site violations.
Submit daily reports on cases of non-compliances to the Land and Property Administrator.
Follow up on cases of noncompliance and verify rectification.
Support handover of site to lessee upon execution of land lease agreement and demobilization upon expiry of lease.
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
The incumbent shall have completed Secondary education (12 years) and completed at least 3 years Diploma in a technical field.
In addition, the incumbent shall have at least 5 years working experience in a project execution role.
Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Special Conditions: a) The incumbent will spend approximately 75% of his working hours on site with resultant exposure to ambient desert conditions and have regular interactions with Contractor personnel. b) Position requires a valid Qatar driving license.
