Contract Analyst

Brunel is looking for Contract Analyst for a permanent role in one of our O&G clients as the profile below.

Manage operations contracts from the operation units with Petrobras and other Clients, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations in line with the goals and strategies established by the Operations Director.
Support to the Chief Operating Officer in the elaboration of the management reports of accompaniment and management presentations.
Manage commercial and contractual documents such as contracts, contractual additions, legal documentation, power of attorney, letters, minutes of meetings etc.
Support to the Supply Chain department in the drafting and management of subcontracts.

SPECIFIC DUTIES
Produce critical analysis of contracts for control of contractual obligations.
Produce daily critical analysis of all contractual documents related to contracts, such as letters, Daily reports (RDOs), reports, e-mails.
Elaboration of letter response to the Client.
Elaboration of the defence of fines notified by the Client.
Elaboration and support in the negotiation of proposals of Scope amendments towards the Client.
Implementation of the contract administration procedure to be applied in all operating contracts.
Follow-up of the measurement process, including contractual discounts and adjustments.
Follow-up of the results margins of contractual additives regarding to the scope amendments.
Update weekly the control map of all contractual pendency and distribute to the operation management.
Promote meetings with the operation management aiming to update the position regarding to the matters of contractual nature.
Update monthly the control of scope amendments ongoing with the Client.
Make interface with legal department for all legal matters related to the contract.
Make interface with the operation staff in order to incorporate concepts of contractual management into contract practice.
Make interface with the operations staff regarding to the management of operational changes and their impacts on contracts.
