Test Lead

This is an
opportunity for a Test Lead to work with an Industry leader based in Brisbane.

You'll support the program of work through developing a test strategy in context of TDD and the usage of ATF. As part of this you'll work closely with stakeholders to establish the appropriate automation tools for company use. You will have a heavy focus on Test Approach initially, moving into Test Management over the longer term.

• Driving and
  managing vendor testing expectations.
• Creating
  program wide test strategies
• Reporting on
  the test efforts at governance level
• Strong focus
  on Test Driven Development and working in agile development methods
• Manage testing
  requirements
• Needs of
  IS&T customers balanced with the delivery capacity of the team, when
  estimating and scheduling work.
• Project issues
  addressed & resolved.

• Strong
  experience in Test Management/Lead
• Strong
  experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience in
  Automation Framework
• Experience in
  Defect Management
