Structural Superintendent

• Ensure that civil, earthmoving, and engineering/construction activities are performed in accordance with project requirements in general, and in particular with project safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives;
• Review construction plans, work schedules, and procedures to ensure complete safety and efficiency;
• Represent the company in monitoring site activities of the contractors, report any progress and probable actions;
• Supervise implementation of SHE programs to meet safety improvement strategy and emergency response and evacuation drills;
• Review work and inspection results to comply with contract requirements;
• Work with other Discipline Superintendents and engineers to ensure completion metric targets and construction deliverables are met.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.

Other Requirements

• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Good technical team skills.
• Minimum ten (10) years' experience in primarily civil/structural construction of industrial facilities. International experience specially in Qatar or the Middle East is preferred.
• Able to work moderately complex tasks to completion within time constraints of Project with minimal gyuidance from more experienced staff.

Salary:

• Day Rate in USD plus monthly allowance in USD

Work Schedule:

• 10 hours / 6 days (per week) / (26 days per month)

Work Location:

• Ras Laffan, Qatar

Contract Duration:

• 26 months (until 31 March 2026)
