About this role

  • Prepare Cost Estimates / Budgets, Economics, Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Cost Forecast, Cost Breakdown Profile (CBP), Cost Reports, Reporting monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD), Monthly Invoice Payment / Accruals, Cost Trending / Variance Analysis, minimize budget overspending / underspending, Risk Analysis and highlighting areas of concern for management consideration and action.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Finance Discipline.
  • Minimum of 12 years Oil & gas industry experience.
  • Expert knowledge on all Cost Engineering activities including Cost estimation at various phases of the Project, Cost Phasing, Cost Monitoring and Analysis, Cost Forecasting, Cost Trending, Cost Reporting, Budget / AFE preparation, etc.
  • Should be a great team player.
  • Should be proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Should be very well conversant with world class Cost Estimating Software, SAP and able to import best practices in this area.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office; Excel, Power Point etc
