Brunel is currently searching for a Rotating Equipment Engineer for direct hire with our client in Cheyenne, WY.



In this role you will lead the risk and reliability function of critical machines at the plant. You will promote and develop more mature reliability management approaches, maintaining effective utilization of machine condition monitoring and machine performance monitoring and maintain high standards in carrying out overhauls and preventative maintenance.



Duties:



  • Demonstrate and ensure compliance with all safety, HSE performance standards and regulations.

  • Daily support of operations

  • Ensure that all rotating plant equipment have effective reliability and capability life plans and maintenance strategies.

  • Work with maintenance planners to ensure all preventative and predictive maintenance work orders in SAP align with equipment maintenance strategies.

  • Apply a structured approach to reliability management and drive the implementation of maintenance strategies.

  • Influence a significant reduction in the frequency of equipment failures.


Requirements

Requirements:



  • BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • 3+ years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering of petro-chemical manufacturing plant, power generation or similar heavy industry environment.

  • Experience with rotating equipment; materials, failure mechanisms, fabrication, repair, condition monitoring, reliability benchmarks, lubrication management, machinery overhaul, etc.

  • Familiar with Safety Management Systems and Quality Management Systems.

  • Must be willing and able to obtain a TWIC card

  • Team player, positive attitude

  • Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
