About this role: Receptionist (12 month Fixed-Term Contract)

On behalf of our client, a High-Profile Service Provider to the Oil & Gas Energy sector located in the Eastern Suburbs, Brunel is presently sourcing a skilled Receptionist for a 12-month Fixed-Term contract.

  • Receive and greet visitors ensuring the reception area is always well maintained
  • Ensure all visitors complete the visitors book and undertake inductions
  • Daily administration support for the Company, and on occasion, to other global locations
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly in a polite and friendly manner
  • Maintain the reception coverage roster
  • Attending to mail and courier services
  • Stationery ordering
  • Kitchen maintenance
  • Provide Procurement Services to the Perth facility ensuring the correct specifications, quality level, competitive pricing and timely delivery is achieved
  • Maintain Boardroom and meeting rooms
  • Raise POs as required
  • Provide assistance when required with the ordering of all company uniform and PPE requirements


  • Professional personal presentation
  • Customer eccentric accompanied with a friendly disposition
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Proactive work approach
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Exposure to raising POs, negotiating the best T&Cs, ensuring specifications and quality are achieved
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook
