Project Superintendent

Our client is a leading contractor in the resources space. They are now seeking Project Superintendent to join their team based in the Pilbara (14:7 or 8:6). The company is offering an attractive salary package and great development opportunities.

Supervise labor, tooling, equipment, and materials throughout the project's duration.
Champion project health and safety standards by setting an example and ensuring alignment with the project's HSE management plan.

Cultivate a positive culture by leading, coaching, and mentoring supervisors and engineers.

Offer technical assistance to the project team.
Guarantee adherence to client QAQC requirements, along with Company policies and protocols.

Ensure all tasks comply with relevant specifications and procedures.

Provide sufficient resources for work crews to safely complete their assignments.

5 + years’ experience in a similar role.

Experience in managing project engineering and a working knowledge of project management.

Autonomous worker who can adapt and work flexibly with business requirements.

Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal employees.
