Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Duties include:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, ensuring all construction activities align with engineering standards and project specifications.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process, mitigating risks and ensuring project continuity.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedules.
