About this role: Production supervisor
We’re hiring Production supervisor for one of our Leading MNC in Oil and Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Barmer.
Position: Production supervisor.
YOE: 8 to 10 years.
Contract: Permanent.
Location: Barmer.
Work pattern: 12 hrs. duty (21 days on/Off).
Supervise the field operations production shift team to achieve top
quartile performance in safety, productivity and cost.Well developed Trouble shooting capabilities. Good communication and organisation skills. Work in a manner consistent with the operations philosophy of system ownership
and with a heightened awareness of HSE.
Permit to work knowledge.Emergency handling and response.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Chemical, Petroleum or Scientific
discipline
Degree with 8 years' experience within the Oil & Gas processing /
Refining / Petrochemical field with a minimum of 4 years in supervisory position.Diploma with 10 years' experience within the Oil & Gas processing / Refining
/ Petrochemical field with a minimum of 6 years in supervisory position.)
