We are seeking a Permit to Work Coordinator II to support our client in Midland, TX. This role manages daily permitting and coordination for the installation of 206 communication towers and methane detection systems. The position ensures compliance with ExxonMobil PSMS safety standards, oversees permit planning and execution, and supports safe, efficient field operations through close collaboration with contractors and project teams.
Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage daily work permits to ensure safety and compliance
* Plan and schedule permit activities for installation of 206 communication towers * Conduct site readiness checks, drive-bys, and staking before field work
* Lead daily and weekly coordination meetings with field teams and contractors * Oversee documentation, safety requirements, and work progress tracking
Requirements: * Prior experience in permitting, project coordination, or commissioning
* Familiar with Work Management Systems (Permit Vision a plus) * Strong communication, planning, and field coordination skills
* Valid driver's license; local to Midland preferred * Truck provided for field use

They are safety-focused, organized, and capable of managing multiple field activities under tight schedules.
Profile Summary: * Experienced in permit-to-work systems and field coordination activities
* Background in construction, commissioning, or project management * Skilled in planning, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety standards
* Strong communication and leadership skills for coordination with contractors and field crews * Comfortable working primarily in the field (70%) with some office-based coordination
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Work Management Systems (Permit Vision a plus) * Local to Midland, TX area and available for immediate start
* Valid driver's license
