Mechanical Engineer 6 (Pipe Stress)

We’re hiring Mechanical Engineer (Pipe Stress) for one of our Leading MNC in Infrastructure to join their growing team. This position is based out in Chennai/Bangalore/Pune.

Position: Mechanical Engineer (Pipe Stress).

YOE:12 + Years.

Contract: Permanent.

Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Pune.

•Detailed mechanical design experience for water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance system;•Large pump station design and large diameter pipeline design;•Specialized in pump selections and developing mechanical specifications;•Design implementation of rotating equipment and process treatment equipment;
•Surge analysis and design will be added advantage;•Pipe stress analysis and pipe support design and drawings;•Experience using CAESAR II;•Ability to generate and understand P&ID's;
•Familiar with the principles of energy auditing, and experience with energy modeling software.

•ME or BE in Mechanical Engineering with 12+ years of Experience (Preferred);•At least 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater process mechanical engineering for municipal or industrial clients;•Excellent written and oral communication skills;

•Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Chartered Engineering (CEng) License;•Independent player with high self-motivation;•Experience on International Projects will be added advantage.
