We are currently hiring a Marketing Coordinator for our client, a global pharmaceutical and life sciences company and one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for attending all relevant meetings, provide support with the agenda development / action items.


  • The Marketing Coordinator will provide support and operational oversight to the hematology marketing and sales team. This includes TL support and agency coordination, CF coordination and e-wizard support in material development for the seamless execution of marketing plans. This position requires a strong relationship-building capacity, business acumen, high work ethic, and teamwork
  • The Marketing Coordinator is critical to the day-to-day operations. This role also supports the teams planning and project management processes to stay on-time and ensure processes are adhered to
  • Coordinate all phases in the development and production of advertising and promotional materials. Responsible for project management of these phases (to include liaising with advertising agency and Digital Content Manager to ensure appropriate and timely creative copy/layout, as it pertains to the internal MAP meetings, CF process, PAAB, translation, printing, and distribution)
  • Support person for agency for all tools for hematology and pulmonology tools, websites, and PSP program
  • Contact person for agencies supporting brands
  • Support development of content and creative for brand campaigns, tools, and approved emails
  • Present recommendations and ideas from the vendor to brand managers
  • Support team with e-wizard, content factory and website factory as needed
  • Work with marketing team, agencies, and supplier to manage inventory and distribution of promotional materials for reps, trade shows, CME events, etc.



  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, digital or graphic arts
  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing support function
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – strong team player
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong organization skills, detail oriented
  • Strong understanding of internal functions
  • Bilingual an asset, but not required
