Introduction

  • The primary purpose of this position is to conduct site inspections to verify compliance with the conditions as stipulated in the Land Lease Agreement.

What are you going to do

  • Establish the monthly plan for carrying out site inspections and obtain approval of Land and Property Administrator.
  • Carry out daily inspections as per established plan and any other ad hoc inspections as directed to verify compliance with conditions as stipulated in the Land Lease Agreement.
  • Observe and record site and work conditions including gathering data, information, photographs, and videos to support non compliances.
  • Maintain records of all site violations.
  • Submit daily reports on cases of non-compliances to the Land and Property Administrator.
  • Follow up on cases of noncompliance and verify rectification.
  • Support handover of site to lessee upon execution of land lease agreement and demobilization upon expiry of lease.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • The incumbent shall have completed Secondary education (12 years) and completed at least 3 years Diploma in a technical field.
  • In addition, the incumbent shall have at least 5 years working experience in a project execution role.
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Special Conditions: a) The incumbent will spend approximately 75% of his working hours on site with resultant exposure to ambient desert conditions and have regular interactions with Contractor personnel. b) Position requires a valid Qatar driving license.
