• Develop cost strategies that align with company goals and client expectations, particularly in the conceptual and design development phases.
• Provide precise cost planning for our unique portfolio, including commercial new builds, student accommodation, and healthcare facilities.
• Utilize your expertise in software such as Buildsoft or CostX to evaluate project details, even when D&C projects are not fully documented.
• Collaborate with operational teams on tender programs and buildability assessments.
• Craft detailed subcontractor packages, bills of quantities, and support strategies for tender submissions.
• Engage in post-tender evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare accurate contract and costing documentation for construction teams, ensuring a smooth transition from planning to execution.

• A professional with a strong Quantity Surveying (QS) background is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, Buildsoft and/or CostX.
• Exceptional skills in assessing partially documented D&C projects, with an ability to foresee challenges and opportunities.
• Experience in developing and managing tender documents and cost plans, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
