Introduction

Brunel are seeking a Civil Engineer with expertise in Civil Designing within the mining industry. The ideal candidate will have a 2 -3 years’ experience with an ability to work across multidisciplinary teams. This role is in Perth CBD with occasional site visits.

About this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct civil engineering design work for bulk earthworks projects within the mining sector.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review civil engineering designs.• Utilize 12D Model software to create and analyse engineering designs and models.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.• Participate in site visits and liaise with stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide technical support.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and documentation.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably in a mining environment.• Proficiency in using 12D Model software for civil engineering design work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading mining client in Perth CBD.

The position is offered on a 1-year contract basis with competitive daily rates.
