Introduction

We're seeking an Administrative Assistant II to work with a major Oil and Gas company located Old Ocean, TX on a 1-year contract position.

About this role


  • Coordinating all office and administrative support duties including answering the telephone

  • Directing calls to others as appropriate

  • Making arrangements for visitors & training sessions

  • Sorting and distributing mail

  • Record management

  • Other corporate administrative needs for multiple managers

Requirements


  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • 3 or more years of experience in administrative support

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree

  • 5 or more years of experience in administrative support

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SAP

  • Advanced written and oral communication
