About this role: Admin Contractor

Our Client is seeking a Admin Contractor for a role based in either their Brisbane CBD or Toowoomba based office. This a fantastic opportunity to work with a global energy services company!

Brunel Australasia are currently partnering with a company that represents more than 160 nationalities, provide leading digital solutions and deploy ground breaking technologies to enable performance and sustainability that are crucial for the global energy industry.

The demands for this role are always changing and no day will be the same.

Some but not all duties will include;

  • Opportunity to work in a constantly evolving environment which will include people management with challenging day to day operations.
  • Manage the workforce across multiple rigs
  • Prepare crew changes and identify gaps and issues
  • Working alongside rig managers to utilise personnel to cover gaps where required.
  • Handling the bookings and crew change requirements
  • All crew requirements will come through this role
  • The position will most likely include other duties


  • Australian Work Rights
  • Must be very well organized and tidy.
  • Can monitor and track their work through to completion.
  • Enjoys a busy environment where the goal posts are continually changing.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Ability to be self-sufficient.
  • Excellent people skills and able to communicate well with others.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Admin experience with great computer skills.
  • Flexibility to travel if needed.
  • Ability to provide a clear background report.
  • Requirement for out of normal office hours work (weekend/standby or on call).
  • Once commenced position travel to Adelaide for 2-4 weeks is required to for training purposes.


    • Brisbane CBD or Toowoomba based role
    • Mon- Friday 9am to 6pm (overtime available)
    • $30-36ph including super depending on experience
    • ASAP Start
    • 12 month contract with the potential to renew
