ISO and OHSAS certification of Brunel’s secondment and recruitment services

Dubai, 13 June 2016 – Brunel is now fully certified by Lloyds up to ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 standards for its Contract Hire (secondment) and Direct Hire (recruitment) services in the Middle East and India region. Achieving this level of certification is well aligned with Brunel’s total commitment to effective processes, and efficient service delivery of secondment and recruitment.

The Brunel offices receiving this certification include Dubai, Qatar and Kuwait, with the India office already certified since 2013. “To offer our services to such a proven standard across the entire region is something of which we are very proud, and certainly offers additional value to our candidates, clients and stakeholders”, explains K. Viswanath, Brunel’s Regional Director for Middle East and India. “Candidates and clients alike are now officially assured of the strict adherence of quality processes when dealing with Brunel. This is important to both.”

Brunel continues to have a strong presence in the Middle East region, particularly in the Energy sector. Sourcing talent with the right skills is often a challenge, which is exactly where the company steps in. “Candidates are looking for assurance. The same can be said for the companies looking for the right skills. We are happy that with the new ISO and OHSAS certificatations, we are able to offer this assurance”, says Mr Viswanath. Potential risks of dealing with non-certified services regarding secondment and recruitment services can include delayed payments, avoidance of statutory compliances and accommodation & logistics not set and operated to the required standards of the Occupational Heath & Safety standards. Mr Viswanath: “The certification illustrates what we can offer as a business, which gives our candidates and clients great confidence in our commitment to processes, compliance and efficient service delivery.”
