About this role: Site Supervisor | Power Station

Brunel have been engaged to source a Site Supervisor for a Power Station in Leinster, This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the most efficient power plants in the region, This role comes with an attractive salary package and perks.

•Developing, and supervising a high performing team of employees to achieve expected outcomes of the plants. This includes delegating appropriate deliverables to team members and holding them accountable for delivery. •Implementing a 1-year business plan driving operational performance, achievement of business results and continuous improvement•Operational compliance to relevant standards, plant availability, and cost standards•Developing and tailoring plans to drive for results in the areas of safety, compliance, plant availability, and cost
•Identifying and mitigating risk that could negatively impact the agreed to outcomes or business results and identifying and realizing opportunities that could positively impact the agreed to outcomes or business results•Establishing a collaborative work environment within the team, peers, stakeholders and support groups to ensure issues may be resolved in a professional and productive manner

Requirements

•Electrical or Mechanical trade diploma or degree is preferred•10 years of related progressive experience in an industrial facility, including 2 to 4 years as a Supervisor.•Current WA Electrician's License and HV Switching Certificate an advantage.•Understanding of plant operations and maintenance functions in an industrial and/or electrical generating facility
•Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own discipline and knowledge of others•Thorough understanding of the operational aspects of power generation assets - technical, business, and financial•Experience developing plant risk and related mitigation strategies
