About this role: Real Estate Project Coordinator

The Real Estate Project Coordinator reports directly to the Real Estate and People Logistics Manager and is a member of the Calgary based project management team. As a member of the Real Estate team, they will work under the HR umbrella, and assist with site challenges such as but not limited to:

Responsibilities

General Tasks

  • Development of assorted support tools in SharePoint and Microsoft forms for various scopes impacting Real Estate and People Logistic
  • Assist with content generation and updates for Real Estate & People Logistics Portals,
  • Form & tool generation for various activities,
  • Attend decision making sessions with Real Estate Project Lead and Manager that impact project services,
  • Review of Real Estate project budgets

    Ground transportation (daily, tours, etc.):

  • Point of contact for shuttles concerns
  • Review of on-time-performances and passenger counts
  • Working with various teams to book tours and focal for tour day

    Workforce accommodations in Cedar Valley Lodge:

  • Review of HSSE Concerns
  • Booking and management of room allotments

Requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment – whether working for an accommodation, logistics and/or transportation provider
  • High School Diploma required
  • Intermediate level written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite a necessity
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical and deductive reasoning, oral and written communication skills, and mathematical skills.
  • Formal education in hotel/restaurant management, corporate accounting, or transportation logistics a benefit
  • Knowledge and familiarity with MS Power Automate, Power Bi and Share Point tools
  • Knowledge of programing languages (C++, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Visual Basic) a benefit
  • Recent experience within remote projects in a construction environment.
